Diversity is at the heart of Sprout Dining, a deliciously different venue located within Newcastle's Crown & Anchor Hotel.
According to Sprout Dining restaurenter and hotel owner Jacqueline Brown, the aim of the venue is simple - to make every event one to remember with deliciously wholesome food and exceptional service.
"At Sprout Dining we are driven by our creative vision of deliciously different and distinctively imaginative food, presented with our unique sense of creative style and flair," Jacqueline explains.
"Hospitality is our business. It's what we love. It's what we do and it's what everyone at Sprout Catering is passionate about."

While Sprout Catering already provides exceptional food and service for weddings and functions across the Hunter Region, Jacqueline says the 2020 vision for Sprout Dining is to provide an exceptional restaurant, wedding and function venue within the Newcastle CBD.
"We have a strong background in high-quality restaurants throughout Surry Hills in Sydney and Newcastle," she says.
"And this diversity remains at the forefront of our vision for the future of The Crown & Anchor Hotel. We can not only provide a beautiful place to wine and dine, but also a central and unique venue to hold functions and serve high-quality food and wines."
And the culinary talent of Jacqueline and her husband Tom speaks for itself.
In 2005 Jacqueline won the Sydney Morning Herald Josephine Pignolet award, and was also head chef of 2 Chefs Hat restaurant, Sean’s Panaroma before heading to London to work with Gordon Ramsey and The River Café.
Tom has also worked in some of Sydney's top restaurants including the Quay and Icebergs, before heading to London to work with English Michelin star winning head Tom Aikens.
