Here's your chance to win a share of a horse running in the new $1.3 million Kosciuszko to be held at Royal Randwick Racecourse on 13 October, 2018. And it's only $5 per ticket!
The new $1.3 million race known as ‘The Kosciuszko’ will be run on Everest Day at Royal Randwick on October 13 this year.
Members of the public will be able to buy $5.00 tickets to win a chance to own a part share in a horse for The Kosciuszko race.
Tickets for this promotion are sold exclusively at AHA NSW hotels through the hotel’s EBTs.
Each $5 ticket purchased from participating NSW AHA Hotel TAB outlets entitles the holder to entry in both The Kosciuszko Sweep and Calcutta promotions.
There will be 12 winning tickets drawn for the Kosciuszko sweep. Each winning ticket holder will then have an entry in The Kosciuszko race and can select a NSW country trained horse to race in their entry, subject to agreeing with the horse's owners as to how they will share the prizemoney for the race.
Racing NSW can assist the winning ticket holders in identifying horses for selection.
The Kosciuszko Calcutta Draw
An additional 12 winning tickets will be drawn to win the Kosciuszko Calcutta prize.
Each of these winning ticket holders will receive a cash prize equal to 50 per cent of the bid proceeds that their randomly allocated horse receives in the Kosciuszko Calcutta.
Racing NSW are also donating $125,000 from ticket sales to the Aussie Helpers charity, helping NSW farmers doing it tough in the drought.
