Chef Sammy Everleigh has arrived at Tattersalls Hotel Greta and you should see what's on off


The Sammy Salad, a mix of baby spinach, roast pumpkin, bacon and cashew honey mustard dressing with chicken tenderloins and prawns.

After two decades cooking at country pubs and restaurants including those located at Gunnedah, Branxton and Tamworth, Chef Sammy Eveleigh has taken over the kitchen at Tattersalls Hotel Greta, effective immediately.
