To celebrate the fact there are now more than 20 venues across Newcastle and the wider Hunter that can't wait to welcome your best friend to the local, Australian Hotels Association - Newcastle Hunter has partnered with local welfare organisation Hunter Animal Rescue to showcase and celebrate some of our favourite pub pooch patrons - and give you the chance to WIN some great prizes!

There are two ways to get involved in our Pub Dog Project:

#1 - Simply upload a picture of your pooch at your local pub to Instagram using the #pubdogproject. Tag the @venue and @AHA Newcastle Hunter then tell us a little bit about your best pal in the caption.  Entry is free and the dog with the most votes on (DATE) will win (PRIZE).

#2 - Vote for your favourite entry. When the winner is announced, if you are one of the voters you will be in the draw to win (PRIZE). All votes require a $1 donation to Hunter Animal Rescue to be in the running.
